COMPETITIVE PAY
The skill level and experience required for each assignment determines the rate of pay.
HOLIDAY BONUS
A Holiday Bonus will be offered to those employees who have met the following requirements:
- You must be on an active assignment at the time of the holiday.
- You must have worked 1,000 or more hours in the 52 weeks preceding the holiday.
- You must have worked 100 hours in the four weeks preceding the holiday week.
- You must have worked your entire shift the last scheduled workday before and the first scheduled workday after the holiday.
The Holiday Bonus is currently at $66.00 per holiday. Part-time employees, payrollees, referrals and employees on similar billing programs are not eligible, unless authorized by the client.
The following holidays will be considered for a Holiday Bonus when they fall on a regular workday:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
WEEKLY PAYCHECKS
Payday is every Tuesday (unless you are instructed otherwise); although this may vary around holidays.
If there are any changes in our pay schedule, you will be notified in advance.
Paychecks may be picked up at our office between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
If not picked up, checks will be mailed that night.
CLIENT REFERRAL BONUS
Refer a customer who places a job order with us and you could receive a bonus. See your Dickey Staffing Solutions representative for eligibility requirements.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
Refer an employee who begins works for us and you could receive a bonus. See your Dickey Staffing Solutions representative for eligibility requirements.

Since it launched in 2018, the program has brought retirement savings access to workers in every county across Illinois. Not only is Illinois Secure Choice open to employees who work for an eligible employer, the program is available to anyone who wants to enroll on their own and start saving.
